Benjamin Martinez-Lizaola (b. 2001) is a music composer from Akron, Ohio. He has had works performed nationally, including ensembles from The University of Akron and The University of New Hampshire. During his time away from composing, Benjamin enjoys watching true crime documentaries, learning new cooking recipes, and is also a coffee enthusiast.

Benjamin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music degree from The University of Akron. He is currently pursuing his master’s degree in music composition from The University of New Hampshire studying under Andrew Boysen Jr.
