The title of this work comes from the first few words of the church hymn Tell Mother I’ll Be There. It was the hymn chosen at the funeral for Anne Johnson, and after reading it for the first time, it made me reminisce back on my youth.

It made me think back to my own mother, and no matter how many mistakes I had made in the past, she still continued to love me endlessly through it all.

This work was written in memory of Anne Johnson.
